E-Gobierno local en México en tiempos de Covid-19

چکیده
El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar el efecto de los factores suficiencia y eficiencia sitios web e-servicios a nivel municipal (local) en la intención uso por parte ciudadanos. Para comprobar hipótesis se aplicó una encuesta con 12 reactivos divida tres bloques preguntas diseñadas través escala Likert 5 grados, análisis datos utilizando un descriptivo, regresión lineal correlación Pearson. instrumento ciudadanos Estado Veracruz, México durante inicios pandemia COVID-19. Los resultados indican que existe positiva entre uso, permitiendo señalar perspectiva ciudadano ve motivada le representan e-gobierno.
